Playlists up to 50 songs are completely free. For larger playlists it is a one-time $3.99 per transfer, up to 2,500 songs. No subscription, no recurring charges.
We never see your password. Every connection uses OAuth, so you sign in directly with Apple, Google, or Tidal and they give us a limited-access token. We cannot log in to your accounts or change your password.
Most songs transfer successfully, typically 90%+ for popular playlists. A few tracks may not match if they are unavailable on the destination or the metadata differs. You see the match count before you pay.
Not by connecting your Spotify account, because Spotify no longer grants new apps that access. You can still move Spotify playlists for free: export your playlist to a file with a tool like Exportify, upload it, and we rebuild it on Apple Music or Tidal, up to 2,500 songs. YouTube Music imports are limited to 50 songs per playlist for now, because YouTube caps how many song lookups we can make each day.
You need an active subscription on the destination service (Apple Music, YouTube Music, or Tidal) to create playlists there.
If a paid transfer fails to complete due to an error on our end, we will issue a full refund. Email hello@switchtunes.com and we will sort it out.
